ATC: Information is power

Created to connect technicians, customers and the manufacturing facility of the company, managing the flow of suggestions and requests, the Customer Technical Assistance (ATC) makes the constant improvement possible, not only for the members of the company’s staff but also of the whole mineral industry. For this reason, trainings and lectures are delivered in all regions of Brazil.

In 2006 ATC delivered trainings on “Blaster- Fire Handling” and lectures about safety and handling of explosives. It has also coordinated a course on seismic signature characteristics, measurement and interpretation on velocity of detonation graphs given by professors from the UFRGS and the University of Missouri (USA.), this course was attended by Britanite's personnel and customers from Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay.

In order to perform other assignments and provide continuous support to professional capacity building and consultancy to customers, ATC counts on cutting-edge equipment.

In the communication area, ATC issues newsletters to customers and conducts client satisfaction surveys regularly. For the current year, the goal of ATC is adding, even more, to the growth of Britanite in the national and international market, support technical enhancement of the staff and interaction with customers.
